NST‑H8 · 9-axis intelligent painting robot
A gantry-mounted 9-axis arm with AI vision sprays car bodies and batch parts in your existing booth, and applies liquid car-wrap film as well as paint.
On the gantry: a 9-axis arm, guided by AI
The arm travels on a gantry above the workpiece: 9 degrees of freedom with 8 interlinked axes follow the body’s curves and reach where fixed guns cannot. AI vision tracks the part in real time; collision avoidance keeps a safe distance from parts, fixtures and the booth.

- Batch loading
Doors, bumpers and fenders load together and spray in one run; up to 8 bumpers per cycle on a dual-layer rack (mainstream EV models).

Two working modes · after-sales system
Mode 1: scan on site, generate yourself
For a new model or part, the robot scans the workpiece and generates the spray trajectory automatically. No manual teaching, no waiting for factory support.
Mode 2: cloud collaboration
Or send the scan data to NST via the cloud platform; we build a production-ready trajectory and return it to you.
Saved and reused
Scanned models and trajectories are stored in the local database automatically; the same model sprays again without rescanning.
Training and support
Hands-on training and tutorials are included, with 7×24 support.
